Home Economics {burgers}

last week in home economics we made burgers.
 We were put into groups and we had our own roles
I was the one who cut up all the vegetables, Jakib was the chef, Nino was on dishes and yarny was dryer

 H/S- if we didn't cook the pattie probably then well probably be sick.
         clean the table before using
         clean the equipment after using it
        we used a thermometer  to check if it was cooked, we had to check if it was 75 degrees


Improvements-  clean faster
                         everyone needs to help
                       

Science

In science, we did an experiment on a kiwi we took DNA from the kiwi.

It went well we were able to take the DNA from the kiwi and put it in a test tube.

Then we filled a beaker with water then boiled it on the bunsen burner, then we put the test tube with the kiwi juice a put it in there and waited for a little while.

Health

In health, we are studying Hauora, at the moment we are learning taha wairua {spiritual}

For this week of English, we have been learning about Critical literacy, critical literacy is about critical literacy is about finding either the information is true or false.

we are learning how to tell if the information is true or false.

The way this helps my learning is by teaching what information is true or false,
 and it's teaching me how to tell if its a real broadcast.

I am wondering if this will help me in the future.
